RiseRole is an AI-assisted interview-preparation service. For each job you bring us, we produce: a resume tailored to that role, a requirement and gap map, a set of role-specific practice questions backed by sources, two AI revision passes, and an eight-question practice mock interview. The service is preparation help that you use to prepare yourself — it does not apply to jobs for you, contact employers, or act as a recruiter or career agent.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person, please: do not share an account or create multiple accounts to work around limits or pricing. The service is prepaid and one-time — you buy credits, and each credit covers one job with everything listed for it. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically; you are only ever charged for credits you choose to buy. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay, and the price and credit balance calculated by our server are the authority if a displayed figure is ever out of date. Paid credits do not expire in the current version of the service, and refunds are handled as described on our Refunds page and processed through the payment provider.

Use the service lawfully and only to prepare your own job applications. Do not upload other people’s confidential documents, proprietary tests or exams, or any content you do not have the right to share. Do not scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, attempt to reach other users’ data, or resell or automate access to it. We may apply reasonable limits to keep the service reliable and fair for everyone.

You keep all rights to the inputs you provide — your resume, job descriptions and answers — and to the resumes and prep we generate for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service to you, including sending it to the third-party providers described below. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload and that the facts you give us are accurate. We claim no ownership of your career history and use your content only to produce your resumes and prep.

Our resumes and prep are AI-assisted and built from the information you provide and from sources we cite. AI can make mistakes, so wording, sources and suggested answers may be imperfect and should be checked. We never invent qualifications, experience or credentials you did not give us — the tailored resume rearranges and emphasises your real background, it does not fabricate it. You are responsible for reviewing everything we generate for accuracy before you rely on it or send anything to an employer.

We help you prepare; we do not promise a job, an interview, a callback or any specific result. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in the service, what we generate, or our marketing is a guarantee of a hiring outcome. Any coverage scores or readiness indicators describe how well your materials line up with a role, not your chances of being hired.

To run the service we rely on trusted providers: an AI provider that helps generate your resumes and prep, a payment provider that processes purchases and refunds, and cloud hosting that stores your data. We share only what each provider needs to do its job, and how your data is handled with them is described on our Privacy page. These providers have their own terms, and short interruptions can occur when a provider is temporarily unavailable.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if activity is unlawful or abusive, or if we must do so to protect the service or other users. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right. If we end your access without cause, any unused credits are handled as set out on our Refunds page.

We continue to improve the service, so features may be added, changed or retired over time. We may update these terms when the service or the law changes, and if a change materially affects you we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Changes are not retroactive, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the current terms. The version shown here is the one that applies.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude. It is general interview preparation, not professional, legal, medical, financial or accounting advice, and for regulated or licensed roles it does not replace any certification you must hold. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on employers’ decisions or on how you use what we generate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud; where our liability can be limited, it is capped, to the extent the law allows, at the amount you paid for the credits involved.
